After visiting literally hundreds of salons over the last 10 years in many different states, including many in the Tampa Bay area, and spending literally thousands of dollars for bad haircuts and bad color, I decided to do some intense research on the Internet, instead of just picking out the next "big ad" in the local Yellow Pages. My travels on the Internet landed me at Barbara Forgione Salon in South Tampa. After a very pleasant chat with the owner, Barbara, I made an appointment for a cut and color. Cassandra cut my hair and did a wonderful job. She listened to what I said and cut my hair according to my desires. I will definitely return and have Cassandra continue to cut and shape my hair in the future. She has a wonderful personality, is very meticulous about her work, and is an outstanding stylist! Barbara performed my color. I challenged her to produce the result of which I had been desiring for years, indicating to her that nobody else had been able to achieve the color highlights that I wished for. I was extremely skeptical at first, but she assured me she could produce the result I wished to attain. To my total amazement, she did just that!! By using a combination of highlights and lowlights, she accomplished a brilliant transformation and a stunning result. I now have the cool tones in my hair that no other hairstylist has ever been able to achieve. She performed no magic; Barbara simply knows how to color hair. She truly is a brilliant woman when it comes to the world of hair. She is absolutely amazing!! I am so grateful to Barbara. In addition, she was very hospitable and made me feel right at home and very comfortable during my salon visit. After visiting Barbara Forgione salon, I will trust my hair to nobody else! On this day, history with my hair has indeed been made. Thank you so much, Barbara and Cassandra, you made my day!

A friendly and welcoming salon, starting with the owner, Barbara, who is gracious and professional. My stylist, Vicky, is talented ancd caring, as well an interesting world-traveler. I feel fortunate to have found this special salon.
